Forest Yoga is an easy activity, even for the most inflexible ones!
​
This relaxing and restorative yoga (suitable for beginners) and meditation session takes place in the pure and energizing Finnish nature. The activity brings you all the positive health benefits that come from spending time in nature and during the yoga we will clarify our thoughts and connect our senses with nature.
After the yoga, we will relax and recharge our minds with guided relaxation. The program also includes information about the health effects of spending time in nature and how to benefit from them in our daily lives. This activity will help you to become recovered, relaxed and recharged.

What to pack: Outdoorsy clothing matching the weather (we prefer layers so bring an extra layer for the relaxation session!) and good shoes
